KAW – Kannan Animal Welfare Foundation is an independent animal welfare organisation not funded by the government. We are a non-profit company formed under section 8 and depend solely on the generosity of kind donations from the public and well-wishers to help fund the Rescue, Rehabilitation and Rehoming of animals. Your donation will help us provide shelter, food and care for the animals in our care.
All donations made towards our charity are eligible for tax deduction under the 12 A 80 G provision of the Income Tax. Donors must provide their Pan/Aadhaar/Passport details to KAW for submission to the Income Tax to qualify for such taxable income deductions. Income Tax does not accept tax rebate claims based on donation receipts issued by KAW as an acknowledgement of your donation.
