A Deep Head Wound and a Long Road to Healing
When we rescued Baaz, he had a large, deep wound on his head. Maggots had infested the wound, causing him severe pain. We brought him to safety at KAW and began treating him straight away.
Baaz is still critical. In the coming days, our team will focus on caring for his wound, managing his pain, and closely monitoring how he responds to treatment.
